Turkeys in a tree
I’m counting more than three
So high up there
Without a care
How brave they all must be!
(INTO THE WOODS AND BEYOND!)
Turkeys in a tree
I’m counting more than three
So high up there
Without a care
How brave they all must be!
By my count, there are two birds in this image.
As Doctor Seuss would say’ish …
Not one, not three,
(Not fish they be.)
Not seven, eight,
(Not a dinner plate.)
Not four, not ten,
(Not rooster or hen.)
Not five, not six,
(Not fuzzy chicks.)
They’re just two birds, not more, not less,
(This post has just become a mess.)
The End.
It’s a hummingbird kind of day
If you asked me, I’d have to say
If my mood is quite down
It all turns around
When it’s a hummingbird kind of day
There once was a squirrel named McLarry
His legs were quite long and real hairy
I suggested he shave
But the look that he gave
Was intense and exceedingly scary!
A flock of pigeons, gathered on the sand
Little did I know they had a fascinating plan
They didn’t have a mat, they didn’t wear a toga
but they really didn’t need them, to practice “flying yoga”.
