Babe.
It’s been a few years since I last saw Babe. She’s got a new home now, living with her buddies. This image is one of my poorly done shots, but I’ve always liked it anyway. Here’s to Babe, happy trails old friend.
Jack and Jake
Some of you will remember the horses that I used to walk through the fields with, camera in hand. I ended up writing “Being Bob” as a result.
These two fellows are Jack and Jake, brothers, and they were very willing to be photographed most of the time. They didn’t mind me being around, but they also weren’t interested in me in the least. It was a otally different story if I had apples with me.

BOB’S STILL BOB…
It’s been a long time since I last saw the horses. I went over to the farm to deliver some “Being Bob” books to Melvin,Bob’s owner and look who wandered in from the fields. The other horses arrived at the barn well ahead of Bob…but he finally got there. I think he’s mad at me…he wouldn’t come over to say hello, so I kept my distance. I wish I’d had a better camera with me, but I’m just glad to have these images. I’ve missed Bob!
