I went out to have a fun few hours of photographing birds at the rookery, but this caught my eye…A man with a flannel shirt tied around his waist. Seriously though, LOOK at that! What must that weigh? The camera alone is a heavy one, but add in the weight of all the other equipment involved…this boy has MUSCLES!
Just look at his watch, which is not petite in any way, compared to the camera…Holy smoke!
Less than a week ago, I had around twenty injections in my back, this included numbing injections, and electrodes to burn eight nerve endings. I might be able to hold the strap of his camera.
Today I decided to share some images of dew drops on rose bush leaves that I took with my new point and shoot camera. The Canon PowerShot SX720 HS is awesome!
I didn’t use a tripod on these images, so I’m really surprised at the clarity.
I’m very excited about “traveling light” in the near future and finding out just what this little powerhouse camera can do.
How are all of you???????
I hope all is well and that those of you in Texas and the other states affected by the horrific weather have all come through it with no harm done.
I’ve never really been able to step away from the blog before, I love blogging, but a little time off was just what I needed…new sights, new sounds, new ideas and new things to share with all of you.
I believe I said that I was going to put the camera down for awhile…well THAT didn’t happen. Ran around like a loon sometimes, chasing sea life as it swam down the beach. Tried to snap lightning as long as I didn’t hear thunder…( if you can hear it, the lightning can come from a LONGGG way off and zap you.)
What else did I do? I spent a lot of time trying to resist the urge to eat chocolate. I did pretty well resisting the urge …but then I discovered a place that has amazing key lime cheesecake. THE GROCERY STORE!!!!
