A SHARK THAT CAN FLY?

NO…THESE ARE NOT SHARKS…JUST BLUE JAYS TRYING TO FLY SO FAST THAT THEY BECOME A BLUR.

THIS IS ALSO NOT A SHARK…JUST A BLUE JAY COMING BY TO SHOW ME IT’S FEATHERED “HAT”.

5554 The perfect landing (39 of 1)

AGAIN…NOT A SHARK…I DON’T KNOW WHAT THIS ONE IS DOING…PROBABLY LANDING.

THIS IS WHAT I’M NOW CALLING A “SHARK”.  I WAS WATCHING THE BLUE JAYS ZIPPING AROUND AND OUT OF THE CORNER OF MY EYE I SAW A BIRD FLYING IN A PATTERN THAT I DIDN’T RECOGNIZE. IT CAME DROPPING OUT OF THE SKY IN SLOW, CURVY SWOOPS…SO OF COURSE I FORGOT TO PICK UP MY CAMERA AND JUST STARED AT IT.

ALL MY LITTLE BIRD FRIENDS DISAPPEARED WHEN THE HAWK LANDED CLOSE BY.

WHERE DOES THE SHARK PART COME IN?

THE GLIDING, DARK IMAGE COMING AT US…JUST FELT “SHARKLIKE”.

I HOPE YOU’RE NOT TOO DISAPPOINTED…IF I EVER DO SEE A FLYING SHARK AND I AM ABLE TO TAKE A PICTURE WHILE RUNNING IN A ZIGZAG PATTERN IN ORDER TO CONFUSE THE SHARK, I WILL TAKE THAT PICTURE.

  1. Beautiful shots! It’s not easy to go for the camera when you see cool stuff. If a shark flies at you from the sky, I hope you’re armed with a chainsaw, not a camera (ever seen Sharknado?)
