AS WINTER LEAVES…

8199 Gray and Red (1 of 1)

IT LOOKS LIKE WINTER MAY HAVE LEFT US…SO I’LL SHARE SOME IMAGES FROM OUR LAST FEW SNOWFALLS.

THE MIDDLE BIRD IS A WOODPECKER. THE BIRD ON THE LEFT AND THE ONE ON THE FAR RIGHT ARE FEMALE CARDINALS AND THE SOLID RED BIRD WITH THE BLACK MASK IS A MALE CARDINAL.

I’LL BET THEY DON’T MISS THE SNOW ONE LITTLE BIT.

    1. I captured these a few days later…we had another snowfall and I took advantage of it…I may put more on the blog..still looking at the images…(and packing up a lake cottage, so I’m behind a bit).

  1. Looks like a chatty bunch. Amazing how nicely you caught the flight. (“You aren’t gossiping about me, are you? I know how the gal that’s missing gets talked about…”)
This morning during a break of the drizzling, all the birds were singing as loudly as possible. We’re all calling Spring
