AS YOU COMPLETE THE ALLEY-OOP, GO INTO THE AIRPLANE ARMS STRETCH..
FROM THE AIRPLANE ARMS STRETCH SWING BACK UP INTO THE FLOOGLE-HOPPER POSITION AGAIN..
DROP DOWN INTO THE TANGLEY-WANGLY TWIST POSITION..
FINISH WITH A FULL BODY STRETCH…. PERFORM THESE EXERCISES FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF AND YOU’RE DONE…. YOU PROBABLY WON’T BE ABLE TO MOVE THE REST OF THE DAY, LET ALONE CLIMB A TREE TO PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS.
