It’s been a long time since I last saw the horses. I went over to the farm to deliver some “Being Bob” books to Melvin,Bob’s owner and look who wandered in from the fields. The other horses arrived at the barn well ahead of Bob…but he finally got there. I think he’s mad at me…he wouldn’t come over to say hello, so I kept my distance. I wish I’d had a better camera with me, but I’m just glad to have these images. I’ve missed Bob!

Me too…Melvin was on his best behavior, so in another six months…maybe another visit…maybe not..it’s not quite the same anymore.

I think you should always have your camera ready when you visit Melvin. Bob is still gorgeous. 🙂 How is Melvin doing?

Melvin’s doing well! He’s 86 now…looks like he came through our long cold winter just fine….

When they all came walking around the barn in the beautiful afternoon sunlight…they just stood in it for a moment…what a picture that would have been…didn’t have the camera ready 😦
