LOOK, I FOUND SOME SQUIRRELS!…
The picture of the squirrel in the snow was taken just over a week ago when we had our big snowstorm…the squirrels in the tree..NEW SQUIRRELS!!..I would LOVE to know what goes on in the mind of a squirrel..anybody out there a squirrel psychologist?? Or just someone with a theory???? Or someone with a stupid guess???? Ask your significant other, your Grandmother, your Grandfather, your husband, your wife, you children (oooohhh..that could be interesting)!!, What do THEY think??? I would be fascinated to hear everyone’s thoughts…(but keep it clean…the kiddos follow this too you know

Not sure how you can tell squirrels from the “regulars” except the “regulars” sometimes come dressed in hats and such…

Thanks! They’re so cute…but not pets…some people do have the opportunity, sometimes, to take one into their care…we did …with one that, as a baby, fell out of a tree..but the time came when we had to set it free….

squirrels think….I’m hungry gotta go get food, gotta stock up…ohhh hey therebfriend what are you up to in my tree, this is my tree, I must protectbmy tree so get out or fight!…… food food food….hey buddy lets play chase….oh scratch, clean scratch, snuggle nap, wake up up stretch, yawn, eat, drink,go out and hunt for food, mmm mushrooms, ooh gotta catch the moth,mmmm tasty….bed time clean, scratch snuggle sleep….repeat when the morning comes

Here we go again, then! I think they are the cuties things there is in a tree. Never seen them with that rusty lovely color before – ours don’t have that.
I think they are very clever small animals, because they figure things out very quickly.

Thanks! They ARE very clever and smart….these squirrels are called Fox squirrels..I guess because of the red coloring.

What a squirrel thinks: eat, eat, jump onto bird feeder trying to get to the corn in it, eat, eat, climb up and down trees, eat, eat, dodge a few cars to have fun, eat, eat, eat…….

squirrels think? humm, this nut is so goooood! hope no hawk sees me, oh that stupid human over there is taking my picture again, wonder if that human is sizing me up for dinner, humm where are the others squirrels? if they try to take my nuts I will bite them, lol. humm is that another nut over there, hey look over there there is a feeder full of seeds, maybe I can get some before that scary human jumps out at me! lol

Hmmmmmmmm…I always thought that’s why the dog follows me everywhere…but he NEVER gets chocolate…it’s a killer for dogs….I’m not sure if it’s all kinds, or just some kinds…but I kinda think it might have the same effect on squirrels….
but I DID see a squirrel burying a hershey bar wrapper under a tree………hmmmmmm..I don’t know why he didn’t go for a snickers bar…
