SUZIE’S NEW SUSPENDERS….
These aren’t really mine…exactly…in my last post, I had an image of Daisy the dog looking at the fire and jackets, etc. hanging on the wall. Before I took the picture, there HAD been a pair of my son’s old work suspenders hanging there too…..I loved the way they looked on the wall…it’s not the greatest image… my son said he was going to throw them out, he had gotten a new pair as a gift from his brother and sister for the holidays.
You guessed it….they now belong to me and they made the trip home from Montana just fine…..I took them out of my bag, held them to my nose, and it smelled like my son was standing next to me…sniff…sniff.
I just re-read that, I meant sniff, sniff as in “Boo-hoo”….not as if I’m standing around the house smelling the suspenders all day…

For a moment I did a double take wondering if you’d changed the content of your blog… as, in the UK, suspenders are what hold up stockings/hose…. and then I remembered the American difference You mean braces… !!

Sorry, I pictured your nose running up and down the suspenders…. so glad to hear it was a sniff sniff of tears… a great picture… such good colours, one can almost feel the warmth in the room…

LOL! I had to clarify that, because I was afraid everyone would think just what you did!!…..It is the most cozy house…..and the colors in it make you feel like you’re in a warm little house in a fairy tale.

OHHHHHH…I’m SOOOOOOO going to work this look!!! I think a nice pair of cowboy boots would be awesome with that get-up…….or should I go for some “bling”?…..tell me what to do!!!!!! I don’t know what to wear!!!
