DO I HIBERNATE?….
I’ve been asked by one of my exciting, fascinating blogger friends…Rob over at http://visitstothepark.wordpress.com/, If I hibernate during the winter due to the snow that might come to call….I’m sure that quite a lot of people wish that I’d hibernate…but, sadly for them…I DO NOT!!!!
The window into the woods will bring, hopefully, a lot of interesting and fun things to photograph….I’m going to post a few from last year….including one of how the woods looks at different times….

THE WOODS OUTSIDE THE WINDOW INTO THE WOODS….WOULD YOU WISH FOR ME TO USE SOME MORE “w” WORDS? DO YOU WISELY WISH FOR MORE?…DO YOU WONDER WHY WE WATCH THE WOODS SO WISTFULLY AS WINTER WANES?

Those pics are stunning. No, hibernation would not be a good idea because at the other end of the world we wouldn’t be, and sweltering while watching out for your cool posts.

lol! O.K, No hibernating
October 6, 2012 at 6:09 pm
Good! Even if hibernation is something bear-able.

I’ll take winter over a summer drought any day. Snow, sky, ice, frozen waterfalls, cardinals – I’m hibernating next August!
October 6, 2012 at 3:26 pm
LOL! Good for you!
October 6, 2012 at 3:36 pm
Nooooo!! Don’t hibernate. You need to be out there in your snow boots and wooly hat with camera poised at all times.
October 6, 2012 at 6:17 am
I was looking for a wooly hat just yesterday!! Never fear…I will be out there…( my hub thinks I’m already “out there”)..LOL!

This post is worthy of wonderful words, well worded and a witness to worthy subjects from the woods outside the window into the woods.
Women with watchful eyes will witness such wonderful things…
AAAhhh shut up Rob you sound like a wimp… I look forward to meeting MIDNIGHT THE MIGHTY and LITTLE MISS EMERALD EYES. But I will miss the scampering squirrels and the bouncing blue jays… and bulldog butt out before bulls..t bounds before you…

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL! I have met the master…and stand defeated!! I should scamper south so silently, some sleuth should soon surmise, ” she swept swiftly straight up to the sun and shoots sunbeams from her eyes….Oh my lord, I need to go to sleep…..I’m making my brain work too hard for this time of night!
October 6, 2012 at 5:28 am
To bed to sleep to slumber and snore, snuggled in silent serenity, nay to dream of deer and deep water, danger and dairy cows, dogs and demons and daily duties, drudgery and donkey work, the dish of delicious delicacies, the drinking chocolate, cash and credit cards, creations, conceptions and cosmos and other beauties of ones dreams.. Now I need to plug this codswallop carousing from my brain….

LOLOLOLOLOLOL! I’m keeping these comments….you ARE the master ! LOLOLOLOL!
October 6, 2012 at 1:14 pm

Such beauty in all of these photos, Miss Z. I’d love to travel those woods someday but I will look forward to your “windows” that you share with all of us. Did you get your new computer?
October 5, 2012 at 9:39 pm
It’s not the great view that you have..but I love it : )….I DID get a computer…but took it back!! It was as slow as my old PC! So I will hopefully be going to Indianapolis soon, and I’m going to go to the Apple store there…hopefully the second time will be the charm…

I’m in love with your deer!
October 5, 2012 at 8:17 pm
Ohhh!! ME TOO!! But, Thank you
October 5, 2012 at 8:48 pm
Ooh. I can feel the nip in the air already. And those shots of the buck–my oh my. Those are trophies that should be hanging on walls, not the real heads of bucks so grotesquely mounted in too many houses and camps. How could people kill such beautiful, peaceful creatures?
October 5, 2012 at 5:26 pm
If they spent time…and by time, I mean more than the time that they spend stalking them..I think people might look at them differently … but…that’s probably not going to happen…They are beautiful aren’t they?!
October 5, 2012 at 6:59 pm
Yes they are. And you’re right. If they could see them as beings and not just prey, how could they destroy them? Rhetorical question…
October 5, 2012 at 7:40 pm
Sigh….
October 5, 2012 at 7:42 pm
Midnight is so majestic-looking!
October 5, 2012 at 5:19 pm
To watch him move through the woods or across the back of the property is a real experience..such power and grace..just awesome!
October 5, 2012 at 7:00 pm
Do you hibernate? the answer is YES
October 5, 2012 at 3:47 pm

October 5, 2012 at 3:50 pm

A wait wistfully, watching warily for more W words.
