Love the photos and its just dawned on me I have not followed you through your winter before… do you still have visitors to your “window to the woods” ???? or do you just post photos of snow..???
by the way I see a new photo of a woman without her camera… does that mean you hibernate for the winter… ???

Snow? Wow! Fall? What does that look like? Our temperatures have been hovering at 103 degree and even higher! I’m sure we’ll get there eventually, but for now, it’s just still summer!

Callie’s patches blend in perfectly with the fallen leaves. Nothing prettier than colorful birds in the snow – but I’m not ready for that yet.

EEEK! We heard that four letter word on the weather report this morning and it literally sent shivers down my Mom’s spine…BUT so far it’s nowhere NEAR here so we’re thinking more pretty Fall leaves to come before that WHITE STUFF gets here. Let’s hope so anyway……….

Callie looks a lot like my Patches, who is somewhere around 18 years old now. She only sleeps in a real bed; sees no need to mess with leaves. Old cat definitely set in her ways.

We just got here and the snow comes! I hear it’s in the higher elevations, but in eastern Montana where I am now, it’s just very cold, rainy, and windy. But tomorrow who knows? Maybe snow? Next week, I hope the temperatures go back up into the 70s. Is that wishful thinking?

LOL!! I can’t believe you’ve gotten into the weather change! I know they want snow up near Idaho to put out some fires..so that’s a good thing..but not while you’re there to enjoy a vacation! Hope you get some 70 degree days yet!
