HOW MANY TIMES….

RUNNING IT THROUGH MY HANDS.

I went to visit Bob and “The Boys” the other day, and as I let myself in through the gate I paused with the heavy chain in my hand….I wondered how many times this chain..something so strong and unyielding had been opened.  How many times had it opened to let someone pass through to moments and emotions that were strong, yet soft…

How many times…How many hands….This chain will always be special to me….when removed, it allows the gate to open…to  freedom of the spirit…something strong, yet soft….

    • I’m going to have to write a post about that day…VERY emotional……I became a dog whisperer that day, cried all the way home.

      • I understand, Miss Z. Does it seem like we are going through some raw emotions these days? It sure feels like it. I cry a lot more than I used to and it seems like it’s always right on the edge. Maybe I’m crazy. I will look forward to that post. Take your time. I cried through the whole post about my brother today. Sorry for the loss of your brother :-(

    • Thank you Bulldog…yes it is the new camera…still a LOT to learn..but I’m carrying it with me more and more often…it’s just not quick enough for the birds, etc..and I’ve
missed a few shots…but for everything else…I’m very happy with it.
